4. Payment Terms & Fees
Specific fees, payment schedules, and terms will be described in the applicable service contract/SOW. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
5. Refunds / Cancellations
Because our Services involve strategic advisory, no standard “refund” applies unless expressly stated in your contract. Cancellation policies will be governed by your service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papesh Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you under the contract in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outcomes will meet your expectations or specific metrics will be achieved.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Papesh Consulting from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or breach of any agreement with us.
